BOX OFFICE
The St James Box Office is open on weekdays between 9am and 2pm, and on Saturday mornings between 10am and 12 noon.
Tickets can be bought from the reception desk in the Dorey Centre.
Buying a Ticket
Telephone booking – when booking over the phone, you can pay by card, or send a cheque within seven days for tickets booked in advance.
Credit/Debit cards – cards are accepted for advance bookings, however no cards are accepted on Saturdays or at performances.
Postal booking – if you would like your tickets sent to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope and make cheques payable to The Friends of St James Association. Bookings by post, received up to 4 days prior to an event will be kept at the box office for collection on the night.
Tickets will not be refunded within seven days of a performance and are at the discretion of the Promoter prior to this. Each refunded ticket will incur an administration fee of £3.
Advance booked tickets must be collected and paid within one week. Reserved, unpaid tickets may not be held after this time and will automatically be available for sale on the booking plan.
